"... Love alone is Life"*
Alone with Love and Life in prayer,
I hear
The voice immortal say to me,
"Evil is not happening. You know what Love can do."
And I agree.
Alone with Truth and Love in prayer,
I see
Evil's claim to power fade—
Truth says, "Mind is the one with might."
And I agree.
Alone with Father God in prayer,
I know
He's always healed me, fed me, loved me.
I realize I'm His beloved child forever
And I am free.
Gloria Donna Onyuru
