In Love? You bet. There's nowhere else to be!
"I Want to be in love! All my friends are going out. Without someone I can't be happy." Your thoughts? Well, they were once mine.
It's nice to be in love, not to mention, natural. The good news is that we truly are, at this instant and at all times, in Love. In fact it's impossible to get out of Love! That's because this love isn't limited to two people, and it isn't sensual. It's a much bigger love, a constant and more powerful love. This "love" is capital L Love, or God.
When I was in high school I had a wonderful group of friends, which included a few boys. I didn't do much dating, although I wanted to very badly. I thought that a boyfriend was what I needed to be really happy. But then, when I did go on an occasional date, it was usually disappointing. It didn't feel comfortable, natural, or easy. And one of us usually liked the other more than the other one did. Even when I met someone who was fun to be with and who seemed to enjoy our time together as much as I did, I was so sad when we couldn't spend more time together. It seemed like dating was a continual disappointment in one way or another.
