"Go, and sin no more"*

I have not done in a smile's age
what can be considered a great good;
yet here I am standing in the midst
being forgiven, and understood.

It's with Christ's strong command I'm washed,
with his gentleness I feel like a lamb
being led back to still waters,
to finally know who I am.
