Is it possible to experience quick healing through prayer?
Yes . In fact it should be normal and natural to be healed quickly—as our prayer brings us to an understanding of our true relation to our Father-Mother God—our absolute oneness with Him.
The basis for such healing lies in the Biblical truth that God is the one and only creator and that He is infinite Love. He is also ever present. Included in Love's presence is man, who is God's spiritual idea, expressing the the nature of his creator.
Our actual identity is this man of God's creating. And as we are one with our creator. Christ Jesus spoke of this oneness when he declared, "I and my Father are one" (John 10:30). He illustrated man's oneness with God, good, healing sickness did he claim this unity with perfect assurance and authority. Nor did he claim this unity with good for himself alone. These words of the Master assure us of our own true heritage: "Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom" (Luke 12:32).
