Genesis on the Internet
In the spirit of Bill Moyers's U.S. public television program Genesis: A Living Conversation, visitors to The Church of Christ, Scientist, Home Page are invited to participate in a continuing discussion about the Bible's book of Genesis and what its message means to contemporary life. Some of the topics may include:
• God—a bumbling architect or perfect creator?
• Why are there two records of creation? Do they conflict? Which one is true?
• Is man, God's creation, a molecular and material entity, a spiritual creation, or an amalgamation of the two?
• What is the difference between God (Elohim) and God (Jehovah)?
You can find The Church of Christ, Scientist, Home Page at http://www.tfccs.com/. Please use the e-mail address webadmin@csps.com if you'd like to contribute to this ongoing dialogue. We may not be able to post everything we receive, but we're always interested in hearing our readers' thoughts and opinions. This is truly a global conversation.
