Keep your eye on the "high goal"!
At times, we all get to feeling a little lost. We may lose our bearings financially or morally or spiritually. Or we may feel hopelessly caught up in a web of complications—related to our career, our relationships, or even our body. And maybe we're inwardly screaming, "Help! I want out of here!"
That's a little bit the way I felt one day a few years ago when I was driving through a part of town I wasn't familiar with—an area people say isn't safe. As I took wrong turn after wrong turn, I got more and more agitated.
Suddenly I spotted a policeman—and drove straight over to him. "I'm lost," I told him. But before he could say anything, I poured out a list of questions—like "How can I get out of here?" and "Which way is it to highway 1-95?"
