Logic that opens the door to healing
My mother became a Christian Scientist after a cousin put a copy of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy into her hands.
Mother was a Bible student, and she had read and reread the accounts of Bible healings. She longed for such a healing, for she suffered from asthma attacks so severe she had always been a semi-invalid. Her desire for healing was answered as she studied Science and Health, the Christian Science textbook, together with her beloved Bible. I saw this healing take place. Mother gained complete freedom. She never had another attack in the years that followed.
As a Bible student, my mother appreciated the clear spiritual logic of Science and Health. Her previous illogical notions began to fall away. Even to glimpse the truth of being in Science and Health can bring healing to the unbiased individual.
