A good example goes a long way toward helping others, especially when we remember that God is the source of good.

We may take a lively interest in the well-being of certain people; we may want to support a worthy cause or keenly follow some event that seems important to us. In short, every one of us knows at least one person or project whose progress he or she cares deeply about.
And why not? We certainly shouldn't apathetically let things run their course, nor should we look on indifferently or sadly if people go astray or land in a dead end.
