"Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed...
"Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy" (Ps. 107:2).
Many years ago the Lord redeemed me, showing me a new way of thinking about life. He revealed Christian Science to me, which set my thinking—and my life—on a spiritual foundation rather than on a material one. Through its teachings I was to learn that there is one supreme power, which is God, good, and not two powers, one good and one evil.
Before me lay the work of proving this. Through studying the Holy Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, as well as through prayers, struggles, joys, and triumphs, I have witnessed and experienced many proofs that God is indeed supreme and good, able to rescue humanity from every ill. I've had healings of an inferiority complex, sickness, accidents, and financial problems.
