"It was because we prayed"
One night my dad and brother and I went to the park and played catch with a tennis ball, and I was trying to catch five in a row, but I couldn't seem to catch many. I could only catch three or two or one in a row. And then we all prayed to know that God is intelligence and gave me the intelligence I needed to catch five without dropping any. And then my dad started throwing the ball back and forth and I caught 16 without dropping one! It was because we prayed. I was grateful that God helped me catch more than I thought I could.
Asher Stephen Jones Grade One
Parent's note: This was a very special happening for Asher, as his older brother has never had a problem with throwing or catching balls.
