Christian Science helps you
In my third-grade year, I didn't like my teacher because she didn't seem nice. I had wanted another teacher for third grade, and I didn't want the teacher I got. Sometimes I felt confused about my lessons. I wasn't feeling well either, and I cried at night. Now I think it was because I didn't want to go to school.
We also had a new baby in my house. My parents were busy, and sometimes I felt left out even though I really knew I was loved.
At home we prayed. Sometimes I'd feel better; sometimes I wouldn't. We decided to look for good qualities in my teacher. Everyday I had an assignment from Mom to look for three good things about my teacher—to see three good things. We read a Bible story every night. I like to read about Christ Jesus. When he prayed, he healed people.
