I have witnessed firsthand the proof that God is Love, thanks to all the good I have received through Christian Science.

Each day before leaving the house I always realize that God is good, that all that He creates is good, and that evil has no place in the kingdom of God. The real man, created in the image and likeness of God, can express nothing but good. He is completely safe in God, infinite Principle.

One evening I had an alarming experience. It happened when three people asked me to give them a ride in my car, and along the way a fourth person joined us. When we arrived at the destination of the original three, they got out and thanked me. But the other man would neither say where he wanted to go, nor leave the car. (Actually, I learned later, he planned to attack me and then steal my car.) Because he appeared to be so much stronger than I, it seemed unwise to challenge him or make too many movements.
