Once I was feeding my family's horses
Once I was feeding my family's horses. On the way to the barn, I had a pain in my stomach. I stopped for a little while. Then I went on and fed the horses.
On the way back I said to myself, "I will not stop on the way back." But I ended up doing so just for a tiny minute. Then I said to the problem, "Get out of here. You can't be true. I know God, and He wouldn't make any bad thing that would harm me."
When I got in the house I started singing "Shepherd, show me" to myself ["'Feed My Sheep'" with words by Mrs. Eddy in the Christian Science Hymnal]. My mom asked me if I wanted lunch, and I said, "Yes." All the time I was waiting for it, I was praying.
