Starting this year, each issue of all the Christian Science periodicals will begin with a page 1. Under the old system, only the first issues of the year began with page 1 . The effect was to produce high page numbers later in the year, a result which has seemed antiquated to many and has also been confusing to others. A slightly adjusted year-end indexing system will enable readers to locate articles in bound volumes as readily as in the past.
Beginning January 10, 1987, the Christian Science Center in Boston is changing its telephone number. Those calling The Mother Church and its offices, including The Christian Science Publishing Society, should use the following number: (617) 450-2000, instead of 262-2300. The 800 WATS numbers remain the same.
... are a good place to investigate Christian Science more deeply, to become more familiar with the Bible, to read Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures and other writings by Mary Baker Eddy, to learn how to study the weekly Bible Lesson in the Christian Science Quarterly. A free lending library is there for your use, and the attendant will be happy to answer your questions.
Enjoy 1 free Sentinel article or audio program each month, including content from 1898 to today.
