What a privilege!
What joy—
what dominion—
is ours,
what an honor
to be a guest at God's table:
feast prepared in the wilderness
ready to be partaken of,
and a place set just for you.
How God loves you,
how firm His hold on what you really are!
He sees no sin or failure,
no lie.
Only what He made is reality.
Rejoice! What an honor to be the man
of God's creating! What a privilege
to be the son or daughter of the King
and, most precious of all, to have
the understanding that you are not alone
but accompanied by all
who ever were friend or foe—
partaking of God's bounty.
