My boss called me into his office one day and let me have it! Something had gone wrong and he was furious.
I kept trying to interrupt him to tell him how innocent I was. "I didn't have anything to do with it," I kept sputtering.
Finally he looked right through me to make his point: "Look, Ed, I don't care whose fault it is. I just want it corrected. You go out there and get it fixed—now!"
