FOR CHILDREN
Warmly embraced in God's love
Editors' Note: An important part of Christian Science Sunday School is learning how spiritual facts relate to daily life. Many parents and children pray often; prayer is their natural approach to whatever they do (from studying algebra to selling a house to settling an argument to driving a tractor). Thus, awareness of God's care and buoyant power becomes a normal thing. As we constantly love and expect good, our thought and activities are aligned with God's law and love, which naturally support us, even in times of danger. The following account shows the practical effect of such trust in God.
The temperature was near zero as the four children left the school bus. "Let's take a shortcut across the lake," Nancy suggested.
"Do you think it's safe?" Ben asked his brother.
