FOR CHILDREN
Prayer on the playground
Penny loved kindergarten. Every day she got to play with her friends, like Carol and Hank. Every day there were new songs to sing, pictures to paint, and storybooks to look at.
But best of all, Penny thought, were the rings on the playground. Every day after nap time the children ran outside to play. There were swings, a slide, a Jungle Gym, and several sets of rings.
Penny would swing on the rings sitting up. Or sometimes she would hang upside down by her knees, and swing that way, too.
