I'm grateful to be learning that Christ Jesus' mighty works are as relevant today as when they were recorded in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John nearly twenty centuries ago. The Master's demonstrations of God's power excluded no one. He cast out devils, healed the sick, and raised the dead. And, to the degree that we comprehend and live spiritual law as he did, so can we.

As a student of Christian Science, I'm grateful for the many instances of healings of all kinds that this study has brought to me and my family. Recently, I was healed of the effects of an accident that had left me hobbling. My hip, knee, and ankle, which had been out of alignment, moved back into place over a three-day period while I was doing a writing project about church. As I wrote, I recalled my gratitude for Mary Baker Eddy's undisputed place as revelator of the Christ, Truth, to this age, and realized how imperative it is that we strive to match our vision with our Leader's. The healing has been a complete one, and I now walk freely with no limp.

The Science of Christ makes practical, here and now, the treasures of the Bible. I'm continually blessed by Mrs. Eddy's spiritual perception of Jesus' life and works. And to illustrate, I especially want to share the following instantaneous healing that occurred nearly twenty years ago, and which has remained permanent.
