Christian Science is truly a wonderful way of life; it has blessed me in numerous ways for many years.

There have been several outstanding healings, related in an earlier testimony, for which I am very grateful. Recently there was a healing of an apparent kidney infection. I woke one morning in much pain. I was experiencing a high fever and could not relieve myself. My condition seemed desperate.

I declared the truth of man's perfection as a child of God, that man is not a well or sick mortal, but a perfect spiritual idea. Many times these truths had sustained me and brought healing and relief, but this time I felt overwhelmed by fear. Our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, tells us (Science and Health, pp. 411-412), "If you succeed in wholly removing the fear, your patient is healed."
