Truth is always healing
No matter how long we have been tempted to believe that a particular problem is unsolvable, no matter how serious the situation may appear, the truth we have been prayerfully dwelling on and accepting has been at work healing the discord. Eternal Truth is always healing, always destroying erroneous concepts in human thought. It is doing so today, right now, in proportion as we are humbly and gratefully allowing it into consciousness. And as we persevere in acknowledging Truth, the error will inevitably be completely dispelled.
A spiritual understanding of Truth, God, a knowledge of His allness as infinite good and of the consequent nothingness of evil, is a powerful weapon with which we can challenge and overcome every foe we face.
Some may not choose to think of their struggle with problems as a battle with evil, but Christian Science shows that it is. This Science enables us to get to the bottom of every difficulty and expose the basic error, the false belief involved, which is fundamentally a lie about God's perfect, spiritual creation, including His image—perfect, spiritual man.
