Holding to the Truth of Being
There is only one way to prove the scientific truth of being, and that is by holding to it.
This means consistently acknowledging the perfect action and works of God, no matter what seems to be denying their presence.
Too hard? Well, it surely may seem a heavy demand at times. But the Science of being—Christian Science—to which we aim to stick, also shows us the way we can do so. Holding to Truth, God, is not merely a matter of lonely mortal struggling. Christian Science proves that unity with God—not separation—is man's natural relationship with Him. Mary Baker Eddy tells us, "God holds man in the eternal bonds of Science,—in the immutable harmony of divine law." No and Yes, p.26;
