A Just and Merciful God
Hasn't everyone at one time or another felt he has been dealt with unjustly? Haven't we sometimes accepted the erroneous suggestion that nothing can be done about such situations? Should we accept injustice and do nothing, or should we affirm our right to fair treatment and rely on God's law of justice and mercy?
Mrs. Eddy says in Science and Health, "A selfish and limited mind may be unjust, but the unlimited and divine Mind is the immortal law of justice as well as of mercy." Science and Health, p. 36;
Christian Science maintains that there is just one true Mind, which is God, and that this Mind is constantly sending forth good, wise, and intelligent ideas. Man, the spiritual image and likeness of God, expresses these ideas, reflecting only what has its source in Mind.
