Christian Science has proved to be the greatest thing in my experience. There is not enough wealth in the world to buy it from me, but I will gladly share it.

Through the recent experience of Christian Science class instruction I have become more fully aware of the priceless revelation of the Comforter promised by Christ Jesus. My thinking has been brought into sharper focus through a deeper understanding of God. There is daily unfoldment of the realization that God is All and man lives in the very presence of God now.

My first experience of the healing power of Christian Science was witnessing the instantaneous healing of my mother. She had complete stoppage of the bowels. Though she had been treated by doctors, they failed to help her. At the time, I was a very new student of Science. I asked my mother if she would like to have a Christian Science practitioner treat her. She said Yes, and in The Christian Science Journal I immediately found the name of one in our city and telephoned her. She agreed to work for us through prayer and asked that someone read to Mother from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, beginning with the chapter on Prayer. We did this, and to our complete amazement the healing came in less time than it took to read the chapter. The condition never returned. With this beginning I started to study Science.
