I have had many healings and other proofs of the efficacy of Christian Science. An unhappy home situation has been replaced with a happy one. My husband had a healing in Science of pains in his shoulders that had been treated medically for some time and diagnosed as bursitis. He was healed of an undiagnosed pain in his back through my own prayerful work for him. He asked for help in the middle of the night. I saw so clearly the nothingness of pain and his perfection as a child of God that he went to sleep and awoke well.

My son grew up with a minimum of illness. The two so-called children's diseases he had were healed in a matter of hours, one in about one hour. He was healed of a condition that appeared to be severe blood poisoning, when I recognized and corrected the anger in my own thought toward neighbors who were insisting he go to a doctor. As I realized that they were only concerned with his welfare, motivated by love for him, the swelling in the child's arm opened and started to drain, and his swollen hand and arm were soon back to normal.

When he was about ten years old, he was healed, through the treatment of a Christian Science practitioner, of an injured finger the school nurse said was broken. It was well the next day.
