I am very grateful for the many blessings that have come to me since I first began to study Christian Science.

While working at the home of a Christian Scientist, I saw a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy on the kitchen windowsill. The lady of the house told me something about Christian Science and gave me booklets to read. Very soon I bought my own copy of Science and Health. It was a real key to the Scriptures for me.

The same year I had a fall on the sidewalk. My right arm pained me from my wrist to my elbow. Six words came to me very quickly. They were: "I know God; I am healed."
