On Thursday afternoons at our school we are excused to have released time religious classes. I go to a branch Church of Christ, Scientist, for Bible class. On Sundays I go with my brother and my sister to Sunday School.

One Thursday I was not feeling well. At first I thought I would not go to Bible class; but the woman I ride with each week came to get me, so I went. During class my teacher did some prayerful work for me, and I knew the truth that God's perfect child cannot be sick. A wrong thought was trying to sneak into my thinking.

My teacher told me to say in Jesus' words (Matt. 16:23), "Get thee behind me, Satan," or to say, "Go away, error." So I said: "Go away, error. You can't stay with me because you are nothing. I don't have to mind you." When class was over, I got into the car to go back to school, feeling like a new person. I am very grateful to God for my healing, and I am thankful that I am learning how to use Christian Science. In Sunday School my teacher helps me with this.
