It is over eleven years since a kind friend advised me to try Christian Science. I was in great need, suffering from hay fever, asthma, and bronchitis. I took my friend's advice and went to a service at a branch Church of Christ, Scientist. Directly I heard the reading from the Bible and from "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I knew that this was the religion I had been seeking. The knowledge that Christ-healing is still with us uplifted my thought. I borrowed Science and Health and began to study it. I was quickly healed and have had no recurrence of these ills.

I was also healed of an internal difficulty which had been troubling me for some time. A Christian Science practitioner visited me one day when I was having a bad attack. She discerned that I had accepted a false sense of responsibility with regard to my family, and she helped me to understand that God, Love, unfolds His own purpose. I fell asleep after she left me and awoke healed.

For all the healings I have experienced, I am grateful, but more so for an understanding of God and His loving care for all His children and for Christ Jesus, our Way-shower. I am grateful too for Mrs. Eddy, for the kind help of practitioners, for being a member of The Mother Church, for the privilege of helping in a branch church, and for class instruction.—(Mrs.) Annie Pocock, London, England.
