I should like to say how grateful...
I should like to say how grateful I am that I was led to take up the study of Christian Science. For many years I suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and was attended by a doctor and a professional masseur. In spite of all the treatment which was given, I steadily grew worse, and the doctor told my husband that he could relieve the condition but could not cure it.
One day I decided to find out if Christian Science could help me. I visited a Christian Science Reading Room and obtained a copy of the textbook. Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. After studying the book for a short time I began to improve, and I was completely healed of the arthritis.
I am more grateful than I can say for my healing and for the joy which has come to me through the study of Christian Science, as well as for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church.— (Mrs.) Isabelle Lurie Durston, Plymouth, Devonshire, England.
