Lecturer: Charles V. Winn; introduced by William Roland Holland, who said:—

It is recounted in the book of II Kings that Elisha, the prophet, was besieged in the city of Dothan by the army of the enemy. Elisha's servant, beholding the host of horses and chariots surrounding the city, cried out in despair, "Alas, my master! how shall we do?" The prophet, because of his spiritual understanding of God's omnipresence, was able to give this comforting assurance: "Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them."
