It
is safe to say that the world, since time began, has been continually progressing toward the things of God; and it is equally true that it will continue its progress until it arrives at the state of perfection, which transcends even the highest aspirations of mankind.
One
day a student of Christian Science was pondering the statement, frequently made after the World War, that Christianity had proved a failure, and its refutation by thinking people, who showed beyond cavil that it was not Christianity that had failed, but the poor concept of Christianity which many had held.

There appeared in a recent issue of your paper an anonymous communication in which it was stated that Christian Scientists deny the existence of Truth, call it a lie, and run from it.
There
is perhaps no work which Christian Science is doing to-day of more vital interest to every one than the awakening of men to the importance of watching their thinking.
In more than one instance recently, anonymous communications have been mailed from Boston by individuals who evidently intended that the mailing from Boston should convey a false impression.

As the experience which caused me to take up the study of Christian Science has been such a wonderful revelation to me in demonstrating the healing Christ, by transforming my faith from one of ultimate good in some remote period of time to one of ever present good, I think my testimony may be of interest.
With an overflowing heart I wish to express my gratitude for all that has come to me through Christian Science, and for that which has repeatedly been perceptible, the recognition of ever present Love holding us in our faithful Father's arms.
