I am very grateful for the knowledge or understanding of God that has come into my consciousness since I have been studying Christian Science. I began this study for spiritual enlightenment rather than for any particular physical healing. Of course, I found the spiritual food I sought; and with this enlightenment have come so many blessings that I cannot begin to tell them all. I have had many demonstrations of the healing power of Truth, having been healed of more or less regularly recurring fainting spells, a severe case of laryngitis, which under the old material belief was considered chronic, also colds and neuralgia.

About the time I began studying Christian Science, a little more than three years ago, my work was changed so as to add to my duties and responsibilities. Though not ill, I was considered not very strong, and the prediction among my friends outside of Science was that I would not stand the new work and was attempting too much. I am happy to say that during this time I have lost but one day from my work on account of personal illness, and am in a much better physical condition than I have been for fifteen years. Sometimes I have been able to overcome the error through my own reading and understanding; sometimes it has been with the loving help of a Christian Science practitioner.

I know I owe all these blessings to the truth concerning God as it may be learned through the study of the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy. I am very, very grateful for all these proofs of God's ever-presence and power.
