It is almost two years since I came into the understanding of the truth. I did not turn to Christian Science for physical healing, but because I wanted a religion which I could understand. I have gained that and much more, having been healed of several ailments, and I derive much comfort from this teaching in times of seeming darkness. With the help of a loving practitioner tubercular glands of the neck were healed. I had expected to be operated on, but the trouble entirely disappeared in a short time under Christian Science treatment. Although there is still much to overcome, I am happy in the thought that as we study Christian Science we gain a little more understanding each day, and nothing can deprive us of the truth we have already demonstrated. My great desire is to have more of the Mind that was in Christ Jesus and to demonstrate more of the Love that fills the universe.—(Mrs.) Myrtle I. Cooney, New York, N. Y.
