About a year and a half ago I fell down cellar, about twenty feet, striking my head and side against a door at the bottom of the stairs. As I was fifty-six years old and rather heavy in weight, those around me were very much alarmed, with the exception of my husband, who is a Christian Scientist. Although relatives wished me to have a doctor, a Christian Science practitioner was asked to give me treatment, and all the pain left immediately. I had three or four treatments before leaving for home, a distance of thirty-five miles. The practitioner continued to help me, and in a week and a half I was in a normal condition, without any sign of injury. I feel very grateful for what Christian Science has done for me.—(Mrs.) Lina Anderson, Forest Lake, Minn.

The foregoing testimony is true in every detail. I was present when my wife fell and also witnessed her healing. A year before, a lady fell down the same stairs and was laid up for six months under a doctor's care.

About ten years ago I had what the doctors called stomach cancer and also rheumatism, so that I could not sleep at night for more than ten or fifteen minutes at a time. All kinds of medicine and different doctors were tried, until at last the physicians told me that medicine would do me no good. A specialist said I could not live over six weeks and he could do no more for me. Then I heard of Christian Science; and since becoming an earnest student of this teaching I have been getting better every year, so that now I can work on a farm all day long. I feel sure of complete recovery as I continue in my study of the truth, and am very grateful for the kindness of Christian Science practitioners who have helped me.—Andrew Anderson.
