We have been able, through divine Love and the guidance of our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, to make some excellent demonstrations over sickness, and I wish to make a grateful acknowledgment of the healing power of Truth. Our little grandson was taken very suddenly with a chill. followed by a high fever and severe pain in the head and bowels. I declared the truth, and was successful in checking the fever, relieving the pain, and restoring consciousness. With courage, and a firm faith in God's allness and power to save, I sent for a Christian Science practitioner. The child was first taken ill on Sabbath morning, and on Monday morning the practitioner gave him a treatment and another in the afternoon. Tuesday he was convalescent and Wednesday he went over a mile to school. On Thursday he was perfectly well; he ate anything he wished, and was very hundry, not having eaten anything for two days. There were no bad after-effects. To God I give the glory.
