I wish to express my gratitude for the help I have received through our faithful Leader, Mrs. Eddy, whose lifework has brought to me health, strength, and comfort. I had been under the care of different doctors for over four years, and seemed about ready to give up, for I was earnestly praying to God to relieve me of suffering. I felt that death would bring the relief, but God did not answer my prayers in the way I expected. Through Christian Science I have been healed of sick-headache, from which I had suffered since childhood. My left side had troubled me for nearly twenty years. Doctors said it was my heart, and I could not lie on that side without severe pain. This has all been overcome, and the healing power of Truth has been manifested in my family in many ways, in cases of sickness and accidents.

When this Truth was first mentioned to me I said that I was willing to try anything if I could only get help, and in Christian Science I have found the great Physician who heals all our diseases. I am indeed grateful for the spiritual uplifting. I can now read the Bible with the understanding that God is All and governs all, and my trust is in Him for health and comfort in my home circle.
