From “What if?” to “What is!”

What if
          . . . this is serious?
          . . . this doesn’t go away?
          . . . I don’t know how to pray about it?
          . . . I don’t deserve to be healed?
What if
. . . this “if” is the wrong premise?
What if
. . . “what if” is the wrong question altogether?

What I want so deeply is to know
what is
—that “all is Spirit and spiritual” 1
          —that Love is present
—that I am loved by Love
                                and am loving
          —that God is good
and I can “hold fast that which is good.” 2

What if knowing what is
is what I need to do?
