Beside the Road Today

Our Father, let me talk with TheeBeside the road today,As did the man of GalileeWho taught us how to pray.

Give God the Praise

For every gleam of lightOn pilgrim pathway shed,For gift of smile to brighten darkened ways; For every lift of courage,Test of faith,Give God the praise!

"They that be with us"

Through all the evening hours he readOf God and His dear care,Then laid himself upon his bedWith burden hard to bear.

In Quietness and Confidence

Be still and knowThat through the coming day,Whatever may arise,God is your strength and stay.

Imperishable Glory

Is peace invaded,Harmony disturbed?

Supply

The needs of man are knownTo his creator, God.
