MY NEED

A simple trust, forever undismayed;Courage to face tomorrows unafraid;Wisdom to choose the better part each day,Though cloud or discord seems to cross my way!Dear Father-Mother, well I know my needFor all of these, and also I should pleadFor greater kindliness, a loving heart,A willingness to do my rightful partIn any work for Thee; I need to seeMy brother man as upright, sinless, free.

Could we call him Master, had he said,As he turned to the living from the dead,"Why have ye called me from afar?

BEFORE THEY CALL

I will answer before My children call,So God has said.
