When Hagar in the wilderness,Weeping, and blinded by her tears,Lacked water for her only son,An angel message calmed her fears:

I SHALL SING

I shall sing psalms as David didOf God's true love and power;And then I shall, as David did,Find refuge in His tower,Where mortal woes and whims are still.

"WHERE HAVE YE LAID HIM?"

Remember the old story, the boy at workIn his father's field of corn, the fiery sun,The sudden cry, "My head," and how he was carried inAnd given into a tearful mother's armsTill, held upon her trembling knees, he died?
