I found Christian Science when I overheard someone say it was a religion about understanding God.
I was born and raised a Sikh, and my family was religious.

Blessed by prayer

I feel that this is a very good time to share my deep gratitude for Christian Science.
When I was a high school student in South Korea, my sister met a Christian Science family from the United States who were stationed at a nearby Air Force base.

I had given up on organized religion.

A Sentinel finds a seeker for Truth

Years ago, I found a Christian Science Sentinel in a beauty shop.
“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer”.
In 1964, a religious teacher came from overseas to the United States on a tour.
Christianity was always a part of my life, and growing up in our family church, I felt a deep, personal relationship to God.
During my teen years my outlook on life was bleak.
