Followers of Christ Jesus, if they really put the Master's teaching into practice, will find their moments and their days becoming increasingly varied and interesting.
Human beings seem to themselves to think with a personal mind, intelligent to a greater or lesser extent, sometimes more a master than a servant, and capable of self-delusion.
Sometimes we look back over the past, or review certain incidents in our lives, and feel wonder and gratitude for the way we were saved from danger, or led through deep waters of indecision, by a power apparently beyond ourselves.
In our late teens to mid-twenties we're perhaps especially faced with decisions—decisions that set certain courses for our lives: education, marriage, career, attitude toward morality and toward religion.
