Abigail's Story

Abigail's story is all about how God made us to be peacemakers.
Many things change over time, but there are certain things that never change. The teachings of Christ Jesus fall into this latter category—they’re eternally true.
Turning to God is always the solution, but we’ve got to earnestly pursue a better understanding of God in order to solve the issues that confront us.
The irritation, self-consciousness, and fear I had felt were replaced with a feeling of peace, a focus on God instead of me, and a calm trust in Him.

I felt God right there with me, and I knew that the love I’d felt from my Sunday School teacher would always be with me, too. 
A faithful witness is steadfast in their understanding of God’s true nature and deeply aware of the allness and ever-presence of the Almighty’s power, even in the face of difficulties.

I was searching for the truth

I completely surrendered to God and fell to my knees, saying, “God, if You exist, please show me.”

Your name is written in heaven

With each moment of resisting the temptation to believe in the presence or power of disease or evil of any kind and seeing it melt into nothingness, we are seeing the unchanging continuity of Life, where we abide eternally with God.
Because divine Mind has created each of us, the most formative relationship is between God and us. Our individual nature is the reflection of God’s nature, individual in an infinite number of ways. 
It might sound strange that a baseball player with a broken collarbone would turn to two books for help. But he explains why—and how—reading the Bible and Science and Health can bring healing.
The next morning, I woke up feeling great!
