The purpose of this letter is not to take issue with a clergyman with respect to his syndicated article on tuberculosis and Christian Science, printed in a recent edition of your paper, but to hold out some degree of hope to those who may be struggling with that disease, and to whom his statement must have been decidedly depressing.
