Oscar Graham Peeke, former Committee on Publication for the State of Missouri,
I have been informed that in a sermon recently delivered in a church in Gilliam remarks were made derogatory to Christian Science and to its Discoverer and Founder, Mary Baker Eddy.
An
opportunity has been offered to Christian Scientists to aid in the building of a new and larger Publishing House; and, eager to see God's reign established upon earth, they will prayerfully seek to find ways in which to help in this undertaking.
While
making a first mental survey of a confronting problem, it is sometimes difficult to include thoughts of gratitude for an opportune season in which to contend against error.
From the first day of the opening of the Christian Science Pavilion at the Colonial International Exposition, its usefulness and importance were demonstrated.
