In the Christian Science Bible Lesson

"STAND STILL....GO FORWARD"

In the fourteenth chapter of Exodus one of the most dramatic incidents in the history of the Israelites is recorded.

SPEAKING THE HEALING WORD

We read in the eighth chapter of the Gospel of Matthew: "When Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, and saving, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.

"EARLY IN THE MORNING"

This familiar hymn.

"I WILL NOT LET THEE GO"

Many are familiar with the Biblical account in Genesis.

"LET YOUR LIGHT SO SHINE"

A Student of Christian Science, noticing how the sun shining through the window had caused the beautiful design of the curtain to be outlined on the wall, thought of the life and work of Christ Jesus and of how his life reflected the loveliness of divine Love.

WITNESSING TRULY

When questioned by Pilate as to his status, Christ Jesus did not deny that he was a king, but declared that his kingdom was "not of this world.

TRUE CONCEPTS

Under the marginal heading, "The kingdom within," Mary Baker Eddy writes on pages 476 and 477 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures": "Jesus beheld in Science the perfect man, who appeared to him where sinning mortal man appears to mortals.

THE SEED WITHIN ITSELF

As one studies the Bible together with "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, he gains a fuller understanding that just as surely as God has created man and the universe, just so surely has He provided for their every need.

SEEING THE PERFECT MAN

Until Mary Baker Eddy discovered and founded Christian Science, the healings accomplished by Jesus were considered to be miracles.

Our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, lays great stress on the value of right motives.
