How
often the cry, "I dare you!" has rung upon childish ears, challenging one to the committal of that which appeared difficult, if not impossible! Youthful bravado sometimes impels the acceptance of such challenges in order to maintain a stature which will command respect from one's playmates, regardless of the mental discipline involved in the quelling of fear and the overcoming of possible doubt of one's ability to accomplish the feat in question.
