Bowling alone?

I’ve found that isolation and diminishing social capital can be addressed effectively through prayer—through growing closer to God and gaining a better understanding of Him as our Father-Mother.
At the airport, this teen was faced with flight delays, cancellations, and angry fellow passengers. But how could turning to God help in a situation like this?
On a road trip, this author had a thought out of the blue that she needed to slow down, even though she was going the speed limit! But when she did, she learned an important lesson about the power of following God’s guidance.

Practicing Christian Science commences with understanding how our thinking impacts our experience and seeing to it that in prayer our thinking consistently commences with God and His creation.

Let God’s will be done

When you pray, remember the powerful significance of the words “Thy will be done” and of what Jesus did for you—for all of us—that night in the garden of Gethsemane.
I have the distinct feeling that Christian Science found me, as opposed to my finding it, and it certainly hasn’t left me where it found me.

Reality check

Realizing that I had nothing to fear, I was at peace, and the attacks ended.
This high school graduate had no idea what his future held, but studying Christian Science opened more doors than he could have imagined.
My own divine right of movement was inviolable and intact.
God is the only power, so I reasoned that divine Love was the only real influence on me, my colleagues, and my clients.
I knew that I could turn to God in prayer to protect my family and me. 
Science and Health can sometimes seem just words at first, but when you catch the truth of what you are studying, you feel its healing influence.
