A hard lesson

My dad and I sometimes went together to the grocery store.
When we read of cruelties committed against children, political prisoners, and others, we can't help wondering whether some crimes are simply beyond forgiveness.
"What should I do now?" doesn't have to be a frightening question. Christ Jesus promised that our Father knows what we need, even before we ask.
What makes us significant? The job we have? Our financial status? Or is it our origin—divine Spirit?
Worry about money sometimes strains otherwise strong families. This author found that freedom from those worries came with an understanding of God's inexhaustible goodness.
If marriage seems to be taking a beating from storms raging in our lives, prayer can help keep the relationship away from the rocks. It can bring buoyancy and healing.

Let your light shine!

If we are reticent to tell others about the Science of Christ, maybe we should recall our own first response to the freedom it brings.
What is power? What power orders and controls our lives? How do we find the power that heals?
Many people these days seem caught up in an effort to avoid growing old.
