God’s unique messages

Have you ever thought to yourself, “Why isn’t God communicating with me? I listen and listen, but I never hear anything.” Maybe you even tell yourself you just can’t hear God.

It’s subtle, but this sort of thinking could be seen as a denial of God’s omnipresence or even a suggestion that God doesn’t care whether we know Him or not. But the Bible points to something very different.

In the Bible, God promises that He is our God and that we can know Him. For example, here are two divine promises from the book of Jeremiah: “Ye shall be my people, and I will be your God” (30:22) and “They shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord” (31:34).
